8 security fixes released for Firefox 2 by Mozilla.

Users of the recently released Firefox 2 are advised to download the updates since Mozilla has released 8 security updates of which 5 are rated critical. However the recent vulnerability which allowed phishing attackers to steal passwords has not been fixed yet. The only solution for this is to disable the password manager.
The users should get an automatic update notification and if automatic update is turned off then use the "Check for updates" option on the help menu. The updates can also be downloaded directly from the Mozilla website. To do that use the following links:-
