Dell offering desktops and notebooks preloaded with Ubuntu Hardy Heron

Angry users like me have had enough of buying machines with Windows preloaded... we'd like an alternative, and since many of us are using Ubuntu as our operating system, it pleases me to no end when major manufacturers decide, in their infinite wisdom, to give consumers a choice on operating systems.
Dell has offered a few Ubuntu variants in the past and they're keeping the spirit alive by offering Ubuntu Dell machines in select countries.
Which countries?
"... United States, France, Germany, Spain, Canada, United Kingdom and many Latin American countries (like Mexico and Colombia)..."
Crikey! No Australia? I suppose the Linux horde in Australia will have to content themselves with burning Ubuntu images off the net and removing that parasitic copy of Windows you have preinstalled.
Where does my vile rage against Windows comes from? Well - truth be told, if it came in a functional package, I wouldn't be so irritated, but the last time I bought a laptop with Windows, it came with all this other software preinstalled. Norton, HP alerts, Toolbars and Utilities. All sitting there on my system tray, sucking up memory and wasting my time with irritating popups.
Oh, look! HP has a new version of some software I never use! Whee!
No, give me the quiet peace of Ubuntu, with its free, open-source library, and the fabulous community. I mess around with my distribution all the time, crippling it - but I look forward to it. Every time I mess it up, I learned something, and it's easy to reinstall.
