Solio Universal Hybrid Charger

With this new hybrid version of Solio charger you can now charge your Ipod, mobile phones, PDAs, GPS, Gameboy and other portable electronic devices, anywhere under the sun. Yeah I know you got it...anywhere under the sun as long as the sun is shining literally because it stores power from the sun.

But hey don't worry..even if the sun ain't shining you can always charge it from your socket before you leave your home on a cloudy day.

The fan blade design allows Solio to soak up the energy from the sun. Just take it out of your pocket and spread those blades and expose it to rays and both you and Solio together can soak up some lovely rays.

The high capacity internal battery stores energy for up to a year.

Also in the new Solio Hybrid Charger pack is a Global Travel Wall Charger, with adapters for US, Europe, UK and Australia-New Zealand wall outlets. So you globe trotters going to these destinations in effect has also saved on a wall charger.

Looks a little too big to be a convenient charger, but a proper iPod charger has been a long time in coming. I had the first Belkin battery-powered iPod accessory, but it was just a secondary power supply, rather than a charger as such. Four AAs and it usually only lasted four or five hours if you were extremely lucky. Hopefully this one will be of a little more value.
