In Thunderball, starring Sean Connery, our gutsy spy-hero, James Bond, uses the Bell Rocket Belt to make a quick getaway.
We've all dreamed about that belt. I know I have. Free of the reigns of gravity, able to soar among the lost helium balloons and geese flying south for the winter.
A German company has developed a single man jetsuit, used for special forces teams when they parachute at low heights.
Wait, which James Bond movie am I thinking of?
This jetsuit comes complete awesome jet-wings and rocket thrusters. This allows the sneaky infiltrator to propel up to 200 km from the initial drop site.
